Sharp, comfortable, and well balanced

Extremely sharp, which is expected on a new knife. Comfortable, even when you choke up (no "sharp" edges). And it looks beautiful.

An amazing knife at an unbeatable price!

I received this item from a box from the bespoke post and I'm here to buy another one. This is by far one of the best knives I have used at this price point. Durable, hefty and all the right ways, able to make quick and agile work of anything you put beneath its blade, and the razor sharp edge holds up incredibly well to light and moderate use.After a year of heavy use I did notice some light chipping but that was likely due to the marble cutting board a friend of mine has while they were borrowing my knife.Easy to resharpen and after a quick bit of honing the blade is back in a near perfect condition.

Excellent all-purpose knife for kitchen.

This knife is excellent for all manner of cutting meats and veggies. It's perfect for home and professional cooking alike! I bought one for my son, who is a very discerning chef at a prestigious local restaurant known for fine French and Italian dishes, and he can't praise it enough!
